Be Inspired – Love and Friendship

In Valentines by Emma Goddard

This month the Be Inspired Team are sharing Love & Friendship ideas to inspire you.

If you aren’t starting the Be Inspired Blog Hop here, then you have probably just popped over from the lovely Janneke. All the links for the Blog Hop are at the end of my post, so you can click on the each of these links and see all our Be Inspired projects.

I had these adorable Bees on my desk and a bunch of the Hexagons cut out from my weekend crafting so I decided to put them to good use.

I have used three of the smallest Hexagons from the Meant to Bee dies in Basic White. Using the smaller images from the set, I have stamped out in Versamark and Heat Embossed with white WoW powder. The next step was to stamp on the honeycomb image from ‘Bee my Valentine’ in Black Memento Ink. Once the stamping and embossing was complete, I added some Daffodil Delight blending.

The cute flowers are also from the Meant to Bee dies and have been cut from some Petunia Pop cardstock, then yellow, white and black combo definitely worked, but I wanted to include a pop of colour into the card.

Measurements

  • Base Layer
